Gift memberships start once the gifted Jane completes onboarding, not at the time of purchase.

Yes. Gift Certificates expire 180 days after initial purchase if unused.

You’ll receive two email confirmations. One is your receipt to keep for your records. The other email will need to be forwarded to the gift recipient by you.

The gift recipient won’t receive any communication from The Jane Club until they complete their onboarding process. You can forward the gift certificate email whenever you’d like after purchase.

While The Jane Club won’t reach out to your gift recipient on your behalf until they’ve officially joined, we need their email address in order to confirm their gift certificate once they complete onboarding.
